Easter is Coming

Easter Bonnet Brooches

A cute little Easter Bonnet Brooch suitable for girls of all ages.

You will need :
Card  (colour of choice)
Spellbinders scalloped circle die
Spellbinders Circle die
Flowers
Ribbon
Kindy glitz (optional)
Brooch pin
Glue
Instructions
Step 1: Cut 1 Spellbinders Scalloped circle die (I have used the 3rd size up ) and 1 plain Spellbinders circle ( smallest size)
Step 2:  Cut a strip of card 1cm wide and long enough to go around the smaller circle. You need to glue this around the edge of the circle. I suggest doing a little at a time and letting it partially dry before continuing.

Step 3:   When this has dried glue it to the centre of the scalloped circle.
Step 4: Tie a ribbon with a bow at the back around the brim and add flowers.

Step 5: Glue the brooch pin on the centre of the back of the bonnet.

Step 3: Take the first strip and turn it upwards and glue it next to the fourth strip. Continue until all the strips are stuck and your basket is forming.

Step 4: Line the edge of the strips up and glue the basket together.
Scallop both side of the handle and add the patterned paper strip.
Attach the handles on either side. You can attach these either on the inside or the outside
