After the last Craft Mad Meet Up and Retreat we decided to have a money box swap amongst the members who planned on coming along next  year  to help out with air fares and accomodation and other expenses.
 This is the money box I made from a white wood chest which I painted and decorated with paper and tags etc.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
