Craft Mad Monthly Card Swap

For our monthly swap at Craft Mad we had to swap two Joy Fold cards .
I really can't remember making one of these before so I did have a few false starts when I tried to do something  a bit different.
I then decided to revert back to the original pattern and this is my first card for my partner .

This card is even prettier in real life. I am amazed how flat you managed to keep the card overlay so much so that it didn't require a closure on it. Hugs Mrs A.

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
