Beaded Knitting Doll

Today I would like to share another of my beaded knitting dolls.
I really love the colour of this one and enjoy this craft although it is fairly time consuming. the beads have to be transferred from their hanks onto the knitting cotton and  then very fine needles are used to knit the dresses.

Easter Bonnet Tutorial

Easter Bonnet Brooch
A cute little Easter Bonnet Brooch suitable for girls of all ages.
You will need :
Card  (colour of choice)
Spellbinders scalloped circle die
Spellbinders Circle die
Flowers
Ribbon
Brooch pin
Kindy glitz (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Cut 1 Spellbinders Scalloped circle die (I have used the 3rd size up ) and 1 plain Spellbinders circle ( smallest size)
Step 2:  Cut a strip of card 1cm wide and long enough to go around the smaller circle. You need to glue this around the edge of the circle. I suggest doing a little at a time and letting it partially dry before continuing.

Step 3:   When this has dried glue it to the centre of the scalloped circle.
Step 4: Tie a ribbon with a bow at the back around the brim and add flowers.
Step 5: Glue the brooch pin on the centre of the back of the bonnet.

I recently stripped it back to bare wood and it has been sitting in my "to do " basket waiting for some time and inspiration.
So this is my refurbished initial using Graphic 45 Couture paper and Petaloo flower finished off with rhinestones.
