Craft Mad Card Swap


                         The Craft Mad Card Swap theme last month was to use acetate. 
                      I cut a Perky Poppy die and added it to a background which I embossed with a                                                                      Poppycraft embossing folder.
                            I cut the front  of the card with Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics Dies 
                                                                             and 
                                                     added corners from Sticker  Store.
                             Finished with a greeting which I coloured to match the flower

The theme for our monthly swap at Craft Mad was Bakers Twine. I must admit it is one of those things that sit in my craft room and don't often get used so this was the perfect opportunity. This is the first card that I will be sending to my partner. I started with a 4x6 white card, added a layer of  patterned paper, spellbinders scalloped oval.hand cut embellishments, buttons, charms , bakers twine and printed ribbon tape. Lego London

Something a little different today. My son and his wife gave me this Lego kit for my birthday. All the famous tourist attractions in London  I just love it and brought back great memories of a trip I did with  my husband some years back.
